Information
Spring/Summer ball hockey season occurs annually between April and
August.
LEAGUES REGISTERED WITH THE BCBHA IN 2007
ADULT MEN: (if you are a team

Campbell River, Fraser Valley (Vancouver area), Kamloops, Kelowna, Salmon Arm, Penticton,
Prince George, Victoria, Western (Vancouver area), Williams Lake
Winter affiliate league(s): Langley (Sportsplex), Vancouver
Recreational, Vernon
ADULT WOMEN:
Vancouver Women's Ball Hockey League (if you

Co-ED:
Winter affiliate league(s): NSS Co-Ed Ball Hockey League
MINORS:
West Coast Minor Ball Hockey Association (Metro, Delta, Richmond, Ridge
Meadows, Surrey, Valley)
LEAGUE COSTS TO JOIN ON A PER TEAM BASIS (ADULT):
Full Member League:
- Registration is $300.00/team. League receives insurance (liability,
medical, dental) game sheets, roster forms and rulebooks. Leagues also receive
the ability to send their League champion to Provincial Championship Tournament
(held annually on a weekend in late July). Minimum number of teams required to
constitute a league is four. Cost of sending a team to the Provincial tournament is
$300.00.
Associate Member League:
- Registration is $200.00/team. League receives insurance (liability,
medical, dental) game sheets, roster forms and rulebooks (No Provincial
Championship Eligibility).
Affiliate Member League:
- Registration is $100.00/team. Affiliate leagues receive
liability insurance, game sheets and roster forms (No Provincial
Championship Eligibility).
Other Membership Requirements
Referees Registration: (must be submitted by registered
leagues)
- Registration is $70.00/referee. Referee receives insurance compatible
with team package (above) selected by league, one CBHA rules/casebook and a
BCBHA referees crest.
Ball Purchases:
- Balls are $110.00/case (50 balls). The D-Gel Pro ball is the
official ball used by the BCBHA. All balls used by member leagues and
teams must be purchased from the BCBHA.
